The Deluxe Family Room offered ample space, perfect for our needs. The layout was fantastic, featuring two beds in private areas and another two in the living space. The kitchen was handy. We really appreciated the washing machine and detergent that were available. it made our stay more convenient. The hotel is close to convenience stores and a popular ramen eatery right next door. We enjoyed the shampoo bar with a variety of Japanese brands to choose from. However, there were a few drawbacks. The lobby felt cramped when multiple families checked in at once, making it uncomfortable. The front desk staff had limited English proficiency, which posed a challenge when we needed assistance, especially in the mornings when no one was around until later. We also found the pillows too flat for comfort. Despite these issues, our overall experience was quite positive, with a spacious room and convenient amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable despite other challenges.
I faced significant issues during my stay. First, the lobby is quite small, becoming crowded when families check in at the same time, leaving little space to move around. Moreover, I found it inconvenient that I had to book breakfast days in advance, and the reception staff's limited English made communication challenging. A primary concern was the extra fee that was not disclosed on the website, catching me off guard upon arrival.

The hotel provided a very spacious Deluxe Family Room with useful amenities like a washing machine. The location is prime, just a short walk from Hakata Station and plenty of dining options. However, the lack of staff during early mornings was inconvenient, and the pillows could be firmer.

The hotel is a well-maintained, modern establishment featuring spacious and clean rooms that match the website's pictures. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant, which made my extended stay enjoyable. Unique to this hotel is a 'talking translator' for communication, showcasing their commitment to guest service. A suggestion for improvement would be to provide luggage racks in the rooms and to consider more frequent housekeeping for changing bed linens.
Housekeeping only visits every four days.

nice stay with some minor setbacks
The room was clean, and the beddings were comfortable, providing a good night's rest. I enjoyed the hot water and great water pressure in the shower, which made for an invigorating start to the day. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from many tourist attractions and a supermarket. However, dragging luggage from the train station to the hotel can be quite a task.
The lobby area felt cramped during busy check-in times.
